The story
Almost every construction project ends with material that was never used. Unused lumber, drywall, fixtures and insulation that never got installed end up in a dumpster, at the contractor’s cost. Meanwhile, another project down the road is buying the exact same materials brand new.
The problem is not the materials. It is the market. There is no organized way for surplus to find its next project. We are building it.
Mission & Vision
Mission
To build the infrastructure for a circular construction economy where every reusable material gets a second life instead of ending up in a landfill.
Vision
A future where no reusable building material is wasted.
Our values
We believe the most sustainable material is the one that already exists. Every transaction keeps valuable resources in circulation rather than sending them to landfill.
Every listing is verified. Every transaction is documented. We do not make claims we cannot back up and we do not publish numbers we cannot explain.
Reuse should not be harder than disposal. We build every part of the platform to make redirecting surplus faster and easier than the alternative.
